EXECUTIVE TEAM


Marilyn Degmetich, Director of Talent Acquisition, Finance, Mortgage, and Real Estate Divisions, joined our firm in 2014 as Talent Acquisition/Executive Consultant-Finance. Marilyn has over twenty years experience in Finance, Auditing, Compliance, Underwriting, and Real Estate. She is an experienced Paralegal, and holds a degree in Business Management and is fluent in Spanish and also speaks French and German. Throughout her successful career she has held positions of progressive financial responsibility and project management with such companies as Wells Fargo, JP Morgan Chase Bank and Pricewaterhouse Coopers. She is an excellent Project Manager and is superb at relationship building, with an outstanding talent for recruitment. Her advanced knowledge of the real estate, finance and complex regulatory environment allows her to take on even the most challenging projects. No matter how complex the issue is, Marilyn is always able to provide a brilliant and cost-effective solution. 

Vicki Godbehere, Director of Talent Acquisition, Engineering, Energy,and IT Divisionsjoined our firm in 2014 as Senior HR
and Talent Acquisition Consultant, specializing in Engineering, Energy,
and IT. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, as well as a post-grad Certificate in Paralegal Studies from The University of Tulsa. She has over twenty-six years corporate experience in multi-national strategic planning and business operations, regulatory compliance and taxation, project management and human resources in the energy industry with ConocoPhillips. Vicki serves on our Talent Acquisition and Management Advisory Board. She provides a collaborative, holistic approach in her consulting process and excels in finding workable solutions with lasting results.

Dan Regouby joined the firm in 2015 as Director of Safety and Organizational Consultant. Dan is an award winning safety professional and brings thirty years of Safety Management experience with an outstanding record of achievement in many industries including Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Construction, Plastics, Food, and Medical. He has vast experience managing and providing leadership for all aspects of safety including investigations, workers’ compensation, training, case management, risk management, employee behavior, auditing, job hazard analyses (JHA), employee relations, management education, and reporting for multi-site industrial facilities. Dan serves as Chairman of our Safety Committee.
 
Dan is a recognized national keynote speaker, presenter, and organizational and culture coach creatively helping groups find and discuss the gaps in their culture leading to positive organizational change. He is an innovative thinker, as well as a dynamic and energizing presenter and is available to speak to your group on a variety of subjects.
 
In addition to his consulting work with HR Advisory Group Ltd, Dan recently served as the HSE Director of The Americas- Filtration Group, HSE Manager of Management System Integration at Willbros Engineers (U.S.), LLC in Tulsa, OK. and has served as the Tulsa Board Chairman for the Oklahoma State Safety Council Conference Planning Advisory Board.
 
Dan holds a Master's degree in Organizational Dynamics/Organizational Psychology from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Organizational Leadership and Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Southern Nazarene University.  

Dan holds several certifications, including

  • Everything DiSC Facilitator and Trainer Certification
  • ​OSHA Industrial Trainer Certification

He is also an active member of the following organizations:

Robert Benson, M.A., SPHR, Consultant, Speaker and Trainer, is a highly respected and sought out speaker and consultant in the areas of organizational culture and leadership. In his 20 years as a consultant, Robert has delivered customized interventions focusing on safety, leadership and organizational alignment across industry, both nationally and internationally.His clients have included PCL Industrial Construction, Helmerich & Payne IDC, Magellan Midstream, Matrix Service Company, Laredo Petroleum, St. John Health System, Georgia‐Pacific,BorgWarner, Dow Chemical, Baxter Health Care, and the W. K. Kellogg Foundation. 

Rob currently holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute. He has earned the highly respected International Association of Facilitators Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF), a designation achieved after rigorous examination and held by less than 500 facilitators world-wide. He was a charter member of the Society for Advancement of Consulting, an international organization whose members demonstrate the highest professionalism, ethics, and history of successful interventions. He is a Certified Master Trainer of the Trouble Shooting Logic methodologies

and an Inscape Certified DiSC Trainer. 

Robert is the former Lead Consultant & Managing Partner for Learning Unlimited Corporation, and the former President of First Steps Training and Development, Inc. 

Jennifer Cunningham, SHRM-CP shares her expertise in her role
as Human Resource and Business Consultant, Trainer and Virtual Assistant. Jennifer brings over twenty years of progressive human resource and business operations management experience to HR Advisory  Group Ltd. She has managed human resources and business operations for small businesses as well as a Global Fortune 500 company. While she is highly skilled in all aspects of human resources, business,
and operations management, her greatest passion is in training and coaching at all levels of an organization.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Educational/Instructional Technology, from Rogers State University, as well as Associate degrees in Applied Technology and Organizational Management.

Roya Camille Keyan is the Founder and CEO of HR Advisory Group Ltd. Ms. Keyan has over twenty-five years of demonstrated success in healthcare management, human resources, policy development, regulatory compliance, recruitment, HR and business strategy, talent acquisition and management, business leadership, organizational behavior, psychology, and dynamics, organizational effectiveness and design. J. Michael Morgan, JD, General Counsel and Legal Consultant, joined the firm in September 2012, following a distinguished career as a practicing attorney in the State of Oklahoma since 1981. Mr. Morgan is AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell®, the highest recognition possible in the legal industry, for his ability, high ethical standards, and professionalism and held by only 12% of attorneys in North America. He is a member of the Tulsa County Bar Association and the Oklahoma Bar Association.​ A Dallas native, he is a graduate of Oklahoma City University College of Law and The University of Texas
at Dallas. His responsibilities at HR Advisory Group Ltd involve legal, finance, and HIPAA consultation and implementation; Mr Morgan also oversees our Compliance and Employment Law Advisory Board and
Talent Acquisition-Finance and Legal Divisions.

Cecile Morris, PhD, MBA, JD, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, Consultant, Speaker, and Trainer, Dr Morris has worked in HR and Operations with NovaCare Inc. a national rehabilitation company, the University of California, Santa Cruz, HMSHost Inc, and Maunalani Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Hawaii. Her work experience spanned corporations, non-profit and the public sector across health care,
food and beverage and higher education. 

She completed her Law Degree at Monterey College of Law where she received her JD in 2005, and completed her MBA with the University of Phoenix. She received her PhD in Organization and Management from Capella University. Her dissertation was a Quantitative Study on Generations and Job Satisfaction. She has been adjunct faculty with several universities and colleges online, on ground and blended learning since 2011. She teaches undergraduate, graduate and doctoral students
on a variety of courses relating to leadership, management, and human resources. 

In addition to credit courses she teaches professional development courses for Windward and Kapiolani Community College in Honolulu. Dr Morris sat on the national exam writing panel for the SPHR-PHR for the HR Certification Institute and holds her SPHR and SHRM-SCP. In 2017 she presented at the California Assisted Living Conference in Burlingame, California and the Colorado Leading/Age Conference in Denver.

A highly experienced speaker and consultant, Dr Morris has developed and facillitated curriculum and workshops, across a broad range of HR and employment law topics, including, but not limited to harassment, sexual harassment, management and leadership, performance management, diversity, workplace culture, legal and ethical issues, negotiation, strategic management, recruitment, training, and global issues in HR. With her extensive background in healthcare and compliance, she will also be a strong team member in HR Advisory Group Ltd’s  HIPAA and medical division.

Delbert Rice, M.S., J.D., SPHR, SHRM-SCP, HR Consultant. Mr. Rice is a top performing human resources and benefits executive with an illustrious and distinguished career, and brings to our firm a vast knowledge and expertise in the legal dimensions of employment, and excellence in the areas of Benefits, Labor Relations, Employee Relations, Workplace Investigations,Training, M&A, Talent Management, and Strategic Planning. Mr. Rice resides in Dallas, and is a graduate of The University of Tulsa School of Law, and earned an M.S., as well as a B.A. in Psychology from Emporia State University. He has held senior level human resource positions in publishing, energy, and manufacturing.

His professional distinctions include:
• Former President for the Tulsa Area Human Resources Association
• Recipient of the Excellence Award in Human Resources, Tulsa Area Human Resources Association.
• Recipient of the Excellence Award in Human Resources, Oklahoma State Council for Human Resource Management.
• Former Board Member, Tulsa Employee Benefits Group, an organization dedicated to the advancement of best practices in company sponsored benefit plans and benefits management.  
•Former OSU adjunct instructor, Labor Relations.

Mr Rice has personally investigated more than one hundred discrimination
complaints across the country, these investigations have included federal agencies, as well as private employers. He has written investigative
reports and has testified in litigation in those matters.
